This page discloses every way Swoopr Trade could currently or in the future benefit from your activity on the Service, so you can weigh that against anything you see here.

1. Current Status

As of the effective date above, Swoopr Trade is an invite-only, subscription-free personal dashboard. It does not currently: accept broker or exchange referral payments, run an affiliate program, sell sponsored placement or sponsored asset pages, sell advertising, or share revenue tied to account openings, deposits, subscriptions, or trading volume. Swoopr Trade's owners and contributors may personally hold or trade assets that also appear on the Service.

2. What We'll Disclose If Any of This Changes

If Swoopr Trade introduces any of the following, this page will be updated to say so specifically, and — for sponsored content — the disclosure will also appear directly next to the affected content, not only here:

• Broker or exchange referral payments.
• Affiliate commissions.
• Paid subscriptions.
• Sponsored research or sponsored asset pages.
• Advertising.
• Revenue sharing tied to account openings, deposits, subscriptions, or trading volume.
• Business relationships with data providers, issuers, brokers, exchanges, or token projects that could influence what's shown or how it's ranked.
• Whether a sponsored asset can influence its own placement or ranking (if this is ever the case, it will be visually distinguished from unsponsored rankings — never blended in as if it were the same mechanical output).

3. Employee and Owner Trading

Swoopr Trade's owners and contributors may hold or trade assets that also appear on the Service, including assets shown in rankings, screens, or watchlists. This is disclosed generally here rather than per-asset. This does not change how any ranking or score is computed — see our Data & Methodology Disclosure.

4. Why This Matters

Undisclosed material financial connections, and advertising formatted to resemble independent editorial content, can be deceptive. Swoopr Trade's policy is to disclose material relationships clearly and adjacent to the content they affect, not to bury them in a remote legal page.
