## Direct Answer

Historical case studies on how individual companies changed in value over time. Each study separates what changed in the business (revenue, earnings, margins, business mix) from what changed in the multiple investors were willing to pay. All figures are sourced from primary SEC filings or named market-data sources.

## What These Case Studies Do

Company valuation case studies on Swoopr share a common structure. Each one builds a "valuation bridge" that asks three questions:

1. How much did revenue change?
2. How much did earnings change?
3. How much did the market-cap multiple change?

Separating those three effects prevents the most common analytical error: attributing all of a company's market-cap change to multiple expansion or all of it to business growth, when the real explanation usually involves both.

Each study also includes a "What Was Knowable at the Time" table, which reconstructs the information set available before outcomes were observed. Historical analysis is easy when every branch has already resolved. The discipline is to reconstruct the evidence set rather than reading the ending backward onto the beginning.
